Twenty-five years of cross-sector experience, now directed toward ethical technology and social impact.
I am not the person in front of the camera. I am the one designing the systems, managing the projects, and ensuring everything works as it should. For over 25 years, I have operated behind the scenes across the UK finance, property, and technology sectors — from Morgan Stanley and EY to independent consulting and property portfolio management.
My earliest business education came as a teenager, working in my father's souvenir business in central London — managing stock, coordinating staff, and learning that business is about people first.
Today, I channel that experience into MyHaVn — a technology platform focused on protecting women and individuals affected by domestic violence. Built on evidence-based research and strict confidentiality, because privacy is not a feature. It is the foundation.
Growing up with two younger sisters, I developed an early awareness of personal safety and protective responsibility. As a teenager, I managed operations in my father's souvenir business in central London — stock, staff, and day-to-day accountability. "It was an education in time management and people skills," I reflect. "You learn quickly that business is about people first."
I later earned a degree in Global Marketing and International Tourism, but it was that hands-on foundation that shaped my approach.
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter (B2B client acquisition) and Ernst & Young (data security protocols). Learning how large UK institutions operate, scale, and protect their interests.
CTI Data Solutions — carrier-grade software, e-billing, advanced analytics, cloud-based interaction recording, and call logging infrastructure.
Lead consultant for The Harley Group. Property portfolio management across contracts, lettings, and renovations. Side projects and startups as learning exercises.
Retraining in AI and cybersecurity. Developing MyHaVn — evidence-based safety technology for domestic violence prevention. Seeking investment and strategic partnerships.
If I find myself the most experienced person in the room, I know it is time to find another room.— On continuous learning
Solution-driven, evidence-based research and development
Ethical standards that never compromise on safety
Confidentiality as foundation, not feature
Building with survivors, researchers, and professionals
Technology that protects the most vulnerable
Continuous evolution in AI, security, and strategy
